My Motivation

My name is Rania, a dedicated participant in the Défi Circuit Bleu. For the third consecutive year, I am joining the kayaking challenge and fundraising to support pediatric cancer research. Diagnosed at 13 with stage 3 Hodgkin's lymphoma in April 2017, I faced a relapse six months after my first remission. Now in remission for over five years, I have chosen to share my story and take part in this cause that is dear to me. My fight against cancer has not defeated me; on the contrary, it has made me stronger than ever. Giving back to those who supported me through this fight, to foundations like the Charles-Bruneau Foundation, which aim for a future without cancer, is one of my biggest dreams.
